You relax.
We stretch.
Stretcht is concierge stretch therapy, brought to you. A certified stretch therapist comes to your home or office on your schedule and uses proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) and fascial stretching to work through tight muscles and restricted fascia, melting away tension and stiffness and restoring your range of motion. All you do is lie back and relax. You’ll get up feeling lighter, looser and re-energized.
Invest in how you move.
Whether you train hard, work long hours or just want to keep moving well, your body keeps score. Let us take care of you: lie back, breathe and let the tension melt away, right in your own home.
Built around your body, not a class.
Group classes like yoga and Pilates take everyone through the same routine at the same pace. Every Stretcht session is one-on-one and personalized to you. We target the specific areas where you hold tension, whether that’s tight hips, a stiff lower back, or neck and shoulders from the desk, and adjust every stretch to how your body responds in the moment.
Book in a text. Stretch in your living room.
Relaxed and energized,
all at once.
It’s what our clients mention most. You lie back and let go for 50 minutes while the tension melts away, then get up feeling calm and recharged at the same time. Not sleepy, not wired. Just lighter, looser and ready for the rest of your day.
Hi, I’m Eric.
I started Stretcht with a simple idea: feeling good in your body shouldn’t require another drive across town. Between workouts, long days at a desk, and everything life throws at us, most of us carry more tension than we realize, and we rarely have the time or energy to let it go.
As a Jiu-Jitsu athlete, a parent, a business owner, and a certified stretch therapist, I know firsthand the benefits of improving your mobility, resetting your body, and saving precious time. I also know how easy it is to put yourself last, and how much better everything feels when you finally take time to care for yourself. That’s why I created a concierge service that brings a personalized, one-on-one session right to your home or office. I work through the tension so you can lie back, breathe, and finally relax.
Whether you’re an athlete chasing your next personal best, a busy professional unwinding from the week, or someone who simply wants to keep moving well, my goal is the same: to help you get up feeling lighter, looser, and more like yourself.

Good to know.
What is assisted stretching?
Assisted stretching is a one-on-one, hands-on session in which a certified stretch therapist guides your body through targeted stretches while you relax on a professional table. We use proven techniques like proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), which pairs gentle muscle contractions with deeper stretches, and fascial stretching, which addresses tight connective tissue. The result: tension and stress melt away, everyday aches and stiffness ease, and you reach greater flexibility and range of motion than you can on your own. You’ll walk away feeling lighter, looser and both relaxed and energized.
What techniques do you use?
Every session is tailored to you and may include PNF (contract-relax) stretching, fascial stretching, active-assisted and static stretching, and joint mobility work. We focus on common problem areas like hips, hamstrings, lower back, shoulders and neck.
What is PNF stretching?
PNF stands for proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation. It’s a partner-assisted technique: we gently stretch a muscle, you push back against us lightly for a few seconds, then you relax and we ease you a little deeper into the stretch. That brief push-then-relax helps the muscle let go, so you reach a deeper, more comfortable stretch than simply holding one on your own.
PNF was developed by physical therapists in the 1940s, originally to help rehabilitation patients regain movement. Athletic trainers soon adopted it, and it has been used by athletes, from weekend warriors to the elite level, for decades. Today it’s one of the most researched stretching methods for improving range of motion, and because it requires a trained partner, it’s something you can’t fully replicate on your own.
Can I just stretch on my own?
Stretching on your own is great, and we encourage it. But when you stretch yourself, your muscles stay partly engaged to hold the position, so you rarely get a full release. With assisted stretching, you lie back completely relaxed while your therapist moves you into deeper, more precise stretches than you can reach alone, using techniques like proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) that need a partner. The result is a deeper release, better range of motion and a far more relaxing experience. We’ll also show you a few simple stretches to keep the benefits going between sessions.
Why is assisted stretching becoming so popular?
More people are discovering that flexibility and recovery matter as much as working out. Athletes use assisted stretching to recover faster and move better; busy professionals use it to undo hours of sitting and melt away stress. It’s relaxing like a spa day but focused on real results: looser muscles, better mobility and feeling lighter in your body. And with Stretcht, it comes to you, so there’s no drive, no studio and no waiting room.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move in, like workout wear. No special equipment needed.
How much space do I need?
About the size of a yoga mat with a little room around it. A living room, home office or any open space works great.
Do you bring the equipment?
Yes. Your therapist brings professional equipment and everything needed, and sets up in minutes.
Is this massage or medical treatment?
No. Assisted stretching is not massage or medical treatment and doesn’t replace care from a physician or physical therapist.
